The track was written and produced by group members Kris “Rain Man” Trindl and Jahan Yousaf, with additional writing from Yasmine Yousaf. It is an electronic dance music and dubstep song with elements of drum and bass, featuring a heavy bassline and a synth drop. The song’s lyrics are about the feeling of being alive and enjoying life.
