A former pastor, missionary, and educator, he has been a part of the gospel music industry for over 50 years. Under Dr. Salmon’s leadership, the GMTC has become one of the premier institutions for training musicians in the gospel music genre. The GMTC offers a wide range of courses that cover everything from music theory to performance technique to the history and origins of gospel music.
