Edmond Thomas “Madeon” Désiré – known mononymously as Madeon – is a French DJ, record producer, singer, songwriter and musician from Nantes, France. He initially gained popularity by means of his own online videos uploaded to YouTube, in which he used the music software Fruity Loops.

In 2012, he released his first song, “Pop Culture”, as a mash-up featuring 39 songs mixed together. It became an internet viral hit and has garnered over 47 million views on YouTube as of October 2019. This success led to a worldwide tour with Lady Gaga as her opening act on her Born This Way Ball tour.

In February 2015, Madeon released his debut studio album Adventure to critical acclaim. It included the singles “You’re On”, “Pay No Mind” and “Imperium”. The album was nominated for Best Dance/Electronic Album at the 2016 Grammy Awards.

Zedd

Zedd is a Russian-German DJ, record producer, and musician. He primarily produces and performs electro house music. His 2013 single “Clarity” topped the charts in several countries and earned him a Grammy for Best Dance Recording. Zedd has also worked with a number of other artists, including Hayley Williams, Justin Bieber, and Lady Gaga.

Knife Party

Knife Party is an Australian electronic music duo consisting of Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen, two members of the drum and bass band Pendulum. Knife Party started as a side project for the duo while they were working on new material for Pendulum’s fourth studio album. The project was initially named “Knifed”, but was renamed to “Knife Party” prior to its first public performance.

The duo has released two studio albums, an EP, and a number of singles and remixes. Their debut album, Abandon Ship, was released on 24 November 2014 and peaked at number 22 on the ARIA Albums Chart. Their second album, Trigger Warning, was released on 16 November 2018. Both albums received positive reviews from music critics.

The Knife Party sound has been described as “a mix of electro house and progressive house with dubstep elements”. Swire has stated that the duo is not limited to any one genre and that they are “not afraid to experiment”.

The Chainsmokers

The Chainsmokers are an American EDM dj duo consisting of Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart. They started out by releasing remixes of popular songs before beginning to produce their own music. Their first original song, “#Selfie”, was a major success, reaching number 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and being certified platinum in several countries. The Chainsmokers have gone on to produce a number of other successful singles, including “Closer”, “Don’t Let Me Down”, “Something Just Like This”, and “Paris”.

Flume is the pseudonym of Harley Edward Streten, an Australian electronic musician, record producer and DJ. His self-titled debut album, Flume, was released on 9 November 2012 to positive reviews, topping the ARIA Albums Chart and reaching double-platinum accreditation in Australia. Flume has remixed songs by prominent artists such as Lorde, Sam Smith and Disclosure. His second studio album, Skin, was released on 27 May 2016 to similar success.

Marshmello

Marshmello, whose real name is Christopher Comstock, is an American electronic music producer and DJ. He first gained international recognition by remixing songs by Jack U and Zedd, and he has since collaborated with artists such as Selena Gomez, Khalid, Logic, Anne-Marie, and Bastille. His debut studio album, Joytime, was released in 2016 and reached number 5 on the US Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums chart. He has performed at various music festivals such as Ultra Music Festival and Coachella.

Alison Wonderland

Alison Wonderland is a Australian DJ, producer and musician who has been making waves in the techno music scene. She is best known for her energetic live shows and her unique style of production. Alison has released two studio albums, ‘Wonderland’ and ‘Awake’, which have both received critical acclaim. She has also collaborated with a number of other artists, including Skrillex and Diplo.
