She’s in Love with the Boy is a song co-written and recorded by American country music artist Trisha Yearwood. It was released in September 1991 as the second single from her album Homemade. The song became Yearwood’s second Number One hit on the US Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart in February 1992.

Yearwood wrote the song with Jon Vezner and Karen Brooks. According to Yearwood, Brooks came up with the idea for the song while she was working on a farm. She began singing the chorus of the song, which caught the attention of Yearwood and Vezner. The three then completed the song in about an hour.

Walkaway Joe

Walkaway Joe is a song co-written and recorded by American country music artist Trisha Yearwood with her then-husband Garth Brooks. It was released in May 1992 as the fourth single from her album Hearts in Armor. The song peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart in August 1992. She said that “I’ll Still Love You More” is “about a woman who’s telling a guy, ‘I know you’re going to find somebody else, and I’m going to be OK with that. But I want you to know that no matter what happens, I’ll still love you more.'”

Yearwood also released a Spanish-language version of the song, titled “Aún Te Amaré Más”.

Yearwood told The Tennessean that she wanted to record a song with a rock sound, but still have it be a country song. She said that she “didn’t want it to beAlabama” but wanted it to have “a little more of an edge.” She also told CMT that the song is “a little sexy, which I like.”
