The Set

The set for We Will Rock You the musical is inspired by the impromptu stage that was set up at the Glastonbury Festival in England in 1971. It is a mix of old and new, with a bit of a retro feel. The stage is made up of two main parts: the main stage and the catwalk. The main stage is where the majority of the action takes place, and it is where the band performs. The catwalk is a raised platform that runs across the stage, and it is where the queen and her courtiers perform.

The Costumes

The costumes for the We Will Rock You musical are incredible. The cast is decked out in a variety of punk and gothic inspired looks that really bring the energy of the play to life. From Mohawks to fishnet stockings, the costumes are perfect for the show’s edgy atmosphere.

The Props

The musical has an array of different props that are used throughout to create the various scenes. Below is a list of some of the props that are used and where you can find them.

-Boxes: These are used in a variety of scenes such as when the Bohemians first meet Brian May and when Galileo is imprisoned. They can be found in the storage area under the stage.
-Chairs: These are used in many scenes such as when the Bohemians first meet Brian May and when Galileo is imprisoned. They can be found in the storage area under the stage.

-Rugs: These are used in many scenes such as when Scaramouche is trying to seduce Killer Queen. They can be found in the storage area under the stage.

The Lighting

In We Will Rock You, the lighting plays a very important role. It is used to create different moods and to set the scene. For example, when the characters are in the club, the lights are very bright and colorful. This creates a party atmosphere. When they are outside in the city, the lights are dimmer and more subdued. This creates a more mysterious and dangerous feeling.

The lights are also used to highlight certain things on stage. For example, when one of the main characters is talking to someone else, their face will be lit up while the rest of the stage is in darkness. This makes it easier for the audience to see what is going on and to focus on what is being said.

We Will Rock You is a musical that is full of energy and excitement. The lighting helps to create this by being bright and bold when it needs to be, and by being more subdued when it needs to be. It is an important part of making this show as enjoyable as it is.
