What events does the WV Gospel Music Association host?

The WV Gospel Music Association hosts several events throughout the year, including the WV Gospel Music Festival, the Summer Singspiration series, and the Gospel Music Hootenanny. The WV Gospel Music Festival is a three-day event that features performances by some of the top gospel music artists in the state. The Summer Singspiration series is a monthly event that features local gospel choirs and groups performing in various locations around the state. And finally, the Gospel Music Hootenanny is an annual event that allows local gospel music groups and choirs to showcase their talents in a family-friendly atmosphere.

The West Virginia Gospel Music Association (WVGMA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of gospel music in the state of West Virginia. We offer a variety of ways for individuals to get involved with our organization.

One way you can get involved is by becoming a member. Membership dues help to support the WVGMA and its activities. We have two types of memberships, annual and lifetime. Annual membership dues are $15 per year and lifetime membership dues are $200. You can join online or print out a membership form and mail it in with your payment.

Another way to get involved is by attending our events. We hold an annual convention in Charleston, West Virginia each year in March as well as other events throughout the year. Check our website or subscribe to our e-newsletter to stay up-to-date on upcoming events.

You can also support the WVGMA by making a donation. Your donations help us with operating expenses as well as supporting our outreach efforts such as providing scholarships to young people pursuing careers in gospel music. Donations can be made online or by check (made payable to the WVGMA).
