The Latin American Music Awards (Latin AMAs) is an annual awards show that recognizes the most popular artists in Latin music. The show is produced by Dick Clark Productions and Telemundo. The first Latin AMAs were held on October 13, 2016, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California.

The show features live performances by well-known artists, as well as accepts submissions from unsigned and independent artists. Winners are chosen by a combination of public voting and a committee of music experts. The 2022 Latin AMAs will be held on October 5, 2022.

Grupo Firme is a Mexican Regional music group from Los Mochis, Sinaloa. The band was formed in 2010 and consists of Luis Gerardo Lugo (lead singer), Ricardo Garza (accordionist), Francisco “Pancho” Vargas (guitarist), César Valenzuela (bassist), and Jorge “El Chigo” Ramírez (drummer).

Grupo Firme has released five studio albums: En Vivo Desde Reforma (2011), Mi Agüita Amarilla (2012), En Vivo Desde García Ginerés (2014), Ya No Eres Mi Bombón (2017), and En Vivo Desde Mazatlán (2019). The band’s singles “Amante Bandido”, “Tú No Tienes La Culpa”, “Ya No Soy Tu Marido”, and “No Te Pudiste Retener” have all reached number one on the Billboard Regional Mexican Songs chart.

Grupo Firme is a Mexican banda that was founded in 1937 by Cruz Lizárraga. The band has won several awards, including the Latin Grammy Award for Best Banda Album in 2013. Grupo Firme is scheduled to perform at the Latin American Music Awards in 2022.

Calibre 50 is a Mexican Regional band founded in Sinaloa. The band is composed of Erick Brian Colón, Alan Ramírez, Horacio Palencia and Omar Jimenez. They started out as a Norteño band, but have since transitioned to Grupero music. They are best known for their songs “Siempre Te Voy a Querer” and “Corrido de Juanito”.
