The album was a commercial success and helped the group gain popularity with mainstream audiences. Lady Antebellum has released six studio albums and have won seven Grammy Awards.

Little Big Town is a country music group composed of members Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet, and Jimi Westbrook. The group was formed in 1998 and released their self-titled debut album in 2002. The album was not a commercial success but the group gained popularity with critics. Little Big Town has released eight studio albums and have won five Grammy Awards.

Midland is a country music group composed of members Cameron Duddy, Mark Wystrach, and Jess Carson. The group was formed in 2016 and released their self-titled debut album in 2017. Ashley McBryde is also a nominee to watch out for – she made history as the first woman to ever win three CMA Awards in one night. Ultimately, it will be up to the voters to decide who takes home the trophy for Best Female Artist.
