Dr. Dre

Early Life and Career
Dr. Dre was born in Compton, California, on February 18, 1965. His birth name is Andre Young. He has an older sister who is also a rapper, known as Tyree Crayon. Tyree introduced Dre to the world of hip hop when he was just a kid.
Dre developed an interest in music at an early age and often snuck out of the house to go to clubs and parties. When he was just 16 years old, he started DJing at a local radio station. He soon began working with famous hip hop artists like Ice Cube and Eazy-E.
In 1992, Dre released his first solo album, “The Chronic.” The album was a huge success, selling over three million copies. It included the hit singles “Nuthin’ but a ‘G’ Thang” and “Fuck wit Dre Day (And Everybody’s Celebratin’).”
In 1996, Dre co-founded Death Row Records with Suge Knight. The label’s first release was Dre’s second solo album, “The Chronic 2001.” The album featured the single “Forgot About Dre,” which won a Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group in 2001.

Death Row Records was an American record label founded in 1991 by Dr. Dre, Suge Knight, and The D.O.C..The label became a sensation by releasing multi-platinum hip-hop albums by West Coast-based artists such as Dr. Dre (The Chronic), Tupac Shakur (All Eyez on Me), and Snoop Dogg (Doggystyle). At its peak in the mid-1990s, Death Row was considered the most successful hip-hop record label of all time.
However, the success of Death Row was short-lived. By the early 2000s, the label had fallen into financial disarray and was plagued by lawsuits, artist departures, and internal tensions. In April 2009, it was announced that the label would be auctioned off to the highest bidder. In August 2009, rapper Snoop Dogg announced he was leaving Death Row Records due to disagreements with how the label was being run.

Early Life and Career
Timbaland’s real name is Timothy Zachery Mosley. He was born on March 10, 1972, in Norfolk, Virginia. Timbaland’s father was a carpenter and his mother worked as a bank teller. As a young child, he was interested in music and began playing the drums when he was eight years old. When he was in high school, Timbaland met rapper Melvin Barcliff, who introduced him to musical production.
In 1991, Timbaland’s work caught the attention of rapper Magoo, who invited him to work on his debut album. Timbaland’s production helped to make the album a success and he soon began working with other artists, including Aaliyah, Missy Elliott, and Ginuwine. Roc-A-Fella Records
In the 1990s, Timbaland began working with rapper-producer Missy Elliott. In 1997, Timbaland produced Missy Elliott’s album Supa Dupa Fly, which debuted at number three on the Billboard 200, making it the highest-charting album by a female rapper at that time. The album would go on to sell 2.5 million copies in the United States and be certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). In 1998, Timbaland produced Elliott’s follow-up album Da Real World, which debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 and was certified platinum.
In addition to his work with Elliott, Timbaland also worked with other Roc-A-Fella Records artists including Jay-Z and DMX. He produced a handful of tracks on Jay-Z’s albums Vol. 2… Hard Knock Life (1998) and Vol. 3… Life and Times of S. Carter (1999). The company’s product line is primarily focused on headphones and speakers. Beats Electronics markets headphones, earphones, portable speakers and related accessories under the Beats by Dr. Dre brand name, as well as the Audio Technica, Bose, Jaybird, Monster Cable and Sol Republic brands.
Beats Electronics was founded in 2008 by Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine. The two had previously collaborated on “The Defiant Ones”, a documentary about their working relationship; Iovine had also worked with Dre on Eight Mile (2002) and Get Rich or Die Tryin’ (2003).

I am OTHER is a multimedia creative collective and record label founded by musician and producer Pharrell Williams. The label’s roster includes musicians, producers, artists, writers, actors, and directors. The collective has released two compilation albums, featuring contributions from its members.
I am OTHER was founded in 2010. The label’s first release was a compilation album titled i am OTHER vol. 1, which was released on April 30, 2012. The album featured contributions from Odd Future, Miley Cyrus, Earl Sweatshirt, Tyler the Creator,acious layer of fruitcake more than an inch thick that is aggressively spiced with dried fruits like raisins and cherries as well as nuts like almonds and pistachios. A popular holiday treat in the United Kingdom, fruitcake is often made months in advance to allow the flavors to meld together.
