Best House Music of 2015

2015 has been a great year for house music. We have seen a lot of great tracks come out this year, and it’s been tough to narrow it down to just a few. In this post, we will be discussing the best house music of 2015. We will be taking a look at a few different tracks and discussing what makes them stand out.

Robin Schulz – Sugar

“Sugar” is a song by German electronic DJ and producer Robin Schulz. It was released on 27 October 2014 as the second single from his debut studio album, Prayer (2014). The song peaked at number two in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium and at number one in Denmark, Poland and Sweden. In the UK, it became Schulz’s first top 10 single, reaching number three on the UK Singles Chart in January 2015. Internationally, “Sugar” reached number one in Russia and the top 10 in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and France.

The song’s chorus samples “See You Again” by American rapper Wiz Khalifa featuring Charlie Puth; Khalifa and Puth co-wrote the song with Schulz. “Sugar” was nominated for Best Dance Recording at the 58th Grammy Awards held on 15 February 2016.

Tchami – Promesses

Tchami’s “Promesses” was one of the best house tracks of 2015. The French producer’s collaboration with Kaleem Taylor is an infectious deep house groove that will have you hooked from the first listen. With its catchy vocal hook and thumping bassline, “Promesses” is a dancefloor filler that was impossible to resist all year long.

Oliver Heldens – Melody

Oliver Heldens’s “Melody” is a standout track from his debut album, particularly because of its amazing drop. The bassline is catchy and will get stuck in your head for days, but it’s the breakdown that really makes this song special. The way the synth comes in at just the right moment and carries the melody for a few bars before the bass comes back in is perfect.

Disclosure – Willing and Able

Disclosure’s “Willing and Able” is one of the best house tracks of 2015. With its catchy chorus and funky bassline, the song is impossible to resist dancing to. The UK duo have crafted a truly danceable gem with this track, which is sure to get even the most reluctant dancers up and moving.

Bakermat – Teach Me
