Best Video Game Music Dubstep Remixes

Video game music remixes are awesome. They take the original music and mix it with other songs to create an entirely new song. This can be done with any genre of music, but dubstep is my personal favorite. If you’re a fan of video games and dubstep, then you’re in for a treat.

“Cities of the Future” – Sonic Generations

The “Cities of the Future” level in Sonic Generations has been remixed by a number of different artists, but this particular dubstep remix by F-777 is one of the best. The original level was already pretty awesome, but this remix takes it to a whole new level with its heavy bass and fast-paced rhythms.

“Escape from the City” – Sonic Adventure 2

Escape from the City is a remix of the original Sonic Adventure 2 track of the same name, created by dubstep artist Muzzy. The track was released on February 10th, 2012, and is included on Muzzy’s Album, The Drop.

The original track was composed by Jun Senoue and is one of the most iconic tracks in the Sonic Adventure 2 soundtrack. Escape from the City remixes this classic track into a high-energy dubstep banger, featuring heavy bass drops and distorted synths. The remix stays true to the original melody while adding elements of trap and dubstep to create a unique hybrid sound.
