The Metropolitan Opera

The New York Philharmonic is the oldest orchestra in the United States and one of the most prestigious orchestras in the world. It was founded in 1842 and has been led by some of the most acclaimed conductors in history, including Leonard Bernstein, Gustav Mahler and Arturo Toscanini. The orchestra performs more than 200 concerts each year, including its popular subscription series at Lincoln Center’s David Geffen Hall.

The Los Angeles Philharmonic is one of the top classical music organizations in America. The organization is based in Los Angeles, California, and was founded in 1919 by William Andrews Clark, Jr. The orchestra is currently conducted by Gustavo Dudamel.

The organization has also been a leading force in the revival of interest in older works, such as those of Johann Sebastian Bach and Richard Wagner. The Boston Symphony Orchestra

The Boston Symphony Orchestra is an American orchestra based in Boston, Massachusetts. It is one of the five major American symphony orchestras commonly referred to as the “Big Five”. Founded in 1881, the BSO plays most of its concerts at its home venue, Symphony Hall in Boston. Andris Nelsons is the current music director of the BSO.

The BSO was founded in 1881 by Henry Lee Higginson and its first conductor was George Henschel. The orchestra made its debut performance on October 22, 1881 at Symphony Hall with an inaugural concert featuring works by Wagner, Handel, Beethoven, and Berlioz.

The Boston Symphony has been in existence for over 135 years and is currently one of the leading orchestras in the world. In addition to their regular season concerts, they also give performances at Tanglewood Music Festival and tour nationally and internationally.

The Chicago Symphony Orchestra

The Chicago Symphony Orchestra is one of the most renowned orchestras in the United States, with a history dating back to 1891. Based in the city of Chicago, the CSO performs at Symphony Center and is currently led by Music Director Riccardo Muti. The orchestra has won numerous Grammy and Emmy Awards, and it remains one of the most recorded orchestras in the world.
