Rothcore has released a new heavy metal rock music video for their song, “Project Metropolis.” The video is a crazy, high-energy ride that is sure to get your head banging.

Introduction

Rothcore is a Minneapolis-based heavy metal band that formed in 2014. The band is composed of brothers Ryan (lead vocals, rhythm guitar) and Cory Roth (drums, percussion), as well as bassist Sam Krahn. They have released one EP and one full-length album, “Project Metropolis”, which was released in 2016.

The album’s first single, “Crazy”, was released in May 2016. The song quickly gained popularity, and the accompanying music video has been viewed over 1 million times on YouTube.

“Project Metropolis” is a concept album that tells the story of a city that has been taken over by a corrupt government. The album artwork was created by artist Danilo Moretti, and the music videos for the singles “Crazy” and “City of Evil” were directed byMoretti and Max Simonetti.

Rothcore is known for their high-energy live shows, and they have performed at festivals such as Rock on the Range, Aftershock, Louder Than Life, and Download Festival.

The making of the video

It took Rothcore 3 weeks to shoot the Project Metropolis video. The video was shot in various locations in Los Angeles. The video features a lot of heavy metal rock music, and it also has a lot of special effects.

Concept

The concept for the video was to create a crazy, over-the-top, heavy metal rock music video that would be visually stunning and full of energy. We wanted to create something that would be unlike anything else out there, and that would really showcase Rothcore’s incredible musicianship.

We worked closely with the band to come up with a treatment that would capture their vision for the song, and then our team of artists went to work creating the visually stunning world of Metropolis. The video features a cast of characters who are all fighting for their lives in a post-apocalyptic city, and it all comes to a head in an epic battle scene.

We are extremely proud of the finished product, and we hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it!

Location

The making of the video for “Rothcore’s Crazy Heavy Metal Rock Music Video” was done entirely on location in Cleveland, Ohio. The band members are all from the area and were able to secure permission to use a number of different locations around the city.

The majority of the footage was shot inside an abandoned factory that the band had been using as a practice space. The industrial setting lent itself well to the heavy metal aesthetic, and the band was able to make use of the various rooms and floors of the building to create a variety of different looks.

In addition to the factory, the band also shot footage in a number of other locations around Cleveland. These included an old warehouse, a parking garage, and a number of outdoor locations around the city.

The video was shot over a period of two weeks, with the band members taking turns operating the camera. The editing was then done by Rothcore singer/guitarist Corey Rothman, who also directed and produced the video.

Shooting

The video was shot on location in an old abandoned factory in Newark, New Jersey. The band was filmed performing their song “Caveman” in front of a green screen. The footage was then edited together with computer-generated graphics to create the final product.

The video itself

Check out the guitar at 0:17. It’s like a machine gun! And the singer’s voice is so powerful it could shatter glass. The production value on this music video is incredible!

Plot

The video opens with a man, presumably Rothcore, sitting in a dark room with his back to the camera. He is holding a guitar and appears to be deep in thought. Suddenly, he starts playing a fast, distorted riff on his guitar and the camera pans out to reveal that he is sitting in the middle of a city street. Cars and people are whizzing by, but Rothcore doesn’t seem to notice or care. He continues to play as the camera does a series of flashy edits and close-ups.

After a few minutes, Rothcore stops playing and stands up. He walks over to a nearby building and starts climbing it, still carrying his guitar. He reaches the roof and continues playing as the camera shows shots of the cityscape. The sun is setting and the city lights start to come on. Rothcore keeps playing until he reaches the end of the song, at which point he does a big guitar solo and then leaps off the roof into the air. The camera follows him as he falls and then cuts to black just before he hits the ground.

Music

The music in the video is by the band Rothcore and is their song “Crazy.” The song is in the heavy metal genre, and the video features footage of the band playing live. The video also includes footage of people moshing and headbanging to the music.

Visual effects

The video consists of a number of effects, most notably the ‘split-screen’ effect used during the singing sections. This allows the members of the band to be seen ‘playing’ their instruments in time with the music, while also being able to see the other members of the band in the same shot.

The video also features a number of ‘speeded up’ sections, where the footage is played back at a higher speed than it was filmed at. This gives the impression that the band are playing their instruments faster than is actually possible.

The video was filmed in a number of different locations, including a warehouse and a number of outdoor locations. These locations were chosen to give the video a more ‘ gritty’ feel.

Conclusion

After watching the video, I can say that it was a great way to end the project. I was really impressed with the production value and the editing was top notch. The song was catchy and the vocals were great. Overall, I thought it was a great video and I would recommend it to any fan of heavy metal music.
