The song features guest vocals from Danish singer-songwriter Mai Lan, who brings a sense of ethereal beauty to the track with her dreamy delivery. The combination of Mai Lan’s vocals and M83’s atmospheric production make for a truly captivating listen.

Purity Ring – “Begin Again”

This track, off of Purity Ring’s debut album Shrines, is a gorgeous piece of electronic pop music. The production is perfect, and the vocals by Megan James are ethereal and angelic. It’s a bit of a dark song, but the overall feeling is one of hope and redemption.

Grimes – “Kill V. Maim”

Grimes is the stage name of Canadian musician and producer Claire Boucher. “Kill V. Maim” is a track from her fourth studio album Art Angels. The album was released in 2015 to critical acclaim and commercial success, peaking at number 21 on the US Billboard 200.

“Kill V. Maim” is an electronic track with a strong pop influence. The song’s percussive, synth-driven instrumental is complemented by Boucher’s ethereal vocals. The lyrics are ambiguous and open to interpretation, but appear to deal with themes of violence and power.

The song was praised by critics for its catchy hook and innovative production. Boucher’s pop sensibilities and experimental style make Grimes an exciting and unique artist in the electronic music scene.
