SiriusXM to Feature Instrumental Christmas Music

SiriusXM will feature instrumental versions of popular Christmas music this holiday season. The channel will offer a mix of traditional and contemporary holiday favorites performed without vocals by some of the biggest names in the industry.

Artists featured on the channel will include Mannheim Steamroller, Kenny G, David Garrett, Trombone Shorty, Amy Grant, and more. The channel will also feature holiday-themed programming hosted by noted conductors, composers, and performers.

Instrumental Christmas Music will air on SiriusXM satellite radio beginning on November 1st and will be available through December 31st.

Here are some of the channels that will feature holiday music:

· Holly (Ch. 70): Commercial-free coverage of traditional and contemporary holiday favorites 24/7 will be available beginning Friday, November 1;

· SoulCycles Radio Holiday (Ch. 50): Beginning Friday, November 1 at 12:00 am ET, this channel will feature traditional and modern Christmas classics that are perfect for celebrating the season;

· Hallmark Channel Radio (Ch. 70): Hallmark Channel Radio will get you in the holiday spirit with feel-good Christmas movies and original programming 24/7 starting Friday, November 1;

· Christmas Classics (Ch. 4): Playing all your favorite songs from Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald and more crooners of the season 24/7 starting Friday, November 1; and

· Country Christmas (Ch. 58): SirusXM’s Country Christmas channel will feature contemporary and traditional country Christmas hits 24/7 starting Friday, November 15.

Beginning today and running through Christmas Eve, SiriusXM will feature holiday music from the world’s most celebrated classical and pop instrumentalists, performers, and ensembles.

The channel will offer listeners a wide range of genres including traditional carols, popular holiday hits, film scores, and more.

Among the artists featured on the channel are Mannheim Steamroller, Vince Guaraldi Trio, The Harlem Globetrotters, The Trans-Siberian Orchestra, The Canadian Brass, David Foster, George Winston, and Lisa Loeb.
