Released in June 2020, “How You Like That” is a single by BLACKPINK, a South Korean girl group. The song was written by Teddy, Danny Chung and Rebecca Johnson, and produced by Teddy Park. “How You Like That” is a trap pop and EDM song with lyrics about independence and self-love. The music video for the song features the group members dancing in various locations, including a desert and an abandoned warehouse.

The single debuted at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100, making BLACKPINK the first all-female K-pop group to top the chart. It also peaked at number one in Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and Vietnam. In South Korea, the song debuted at number one on the Gaon Digital Chart and became the country’s best-selling single of 2020.
