We started filming the video on a Thursday afternoon and finished shooting on Sunday. In total, we filmed for about 12 hours. The filming process was very smooth and everyone worked together great!

The video for “Uptown Funk” was shot in Los Angeles and features dancing by students from the USC Marching Band, the UCLA Bruin Marching Band, and the Grambling State University Tiger Marching Band, as well as appearances by Theophilus London and increased security.
