Best Mexican Pop Artists of 2016

The nominees for the 2016 Billboard Latin Music Awards were announced on Wednesday (Feb. 17), with Banda Sinaloense MS de Sergio Lizárraga and Jesse & Joy leading the pack with 15 nods apiece.

Meanwhile, Julieta Venegas earned her sixth consecutive Latin Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album for Algo Sucede, marking her 10th career Latin Grammy win.

Winners in all genre-specific categories will be announced live at the 2016 Billboard Latin Music Awards on April 28 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Telemundo.
