From my angsty teenage years to my post-college quarter-life crisis, rock music has always been there for me. It’s helped me celebrate the good times and get through the tough times. In this article, I’ll share some of the ways that rock music has changed my life for the better.

For as long as I can remember, rock music has been a constant presence in my life. As a teenager, it was the soundtrack to my angst and alienation. It made me feel like I wasn’t alone in feeling like an outsider. In college, it helped me blow off steam after a long day of classes. And in my 20s, it was the perfect accompaniment to late nights out with friends.
