Monaco – “Dendron”
The British indie rock band Monaco returned after a six-year hiatus with the release of their new album, Dendron. The album is a collection of songs about nature, love, and loss, and it is a beautiful and moving listen from start to finish.

Darlingside – “Extralife”
On their third album, Extralife, American folk rock band Darlingside explore themes of mortality and what comes after death. It is a dark and introspective album that is also incredibly catchy and difficult to forget.

Beach Slang – “The Deadbeat Bang of Heartbreak City”

Up first is Australian band Greta Stanley with their debut album “Hiding”. The record is a collection of catchy, introspective indie rock songs that perfectly capture the feeling of being in your 20s. Next is New Zealand trio The Beths with their sophomore album “Future Me Hates Me”. The Beths perfectly blend pop hooks with jangly guitars and clever lyrics to create an unforgettable listening experience.

American indie rock band Dinosaur Jr. also released a new album in 2019 called “Give a Glimpse of What Yer Not”. The album is a return to form for the band, featuring the same loud guitars and catchy melodies that made them stars in the 1980s and 90s. Another veteran act on this list is British rock band Foals with their fifth studio album “Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 1”. The record is a sprawling opus that sees the band experimenting with new sounds and textures while still staying true to their roots.

Last but not least is Canadian punk rock band PUP with their third album “Morbid Stuff”. ‘The Next Day’ by David Bowie- This is Bowie’s first album in 10 years, and while it may not be his best work, it is still a great album that any fan of his will enjoy.
