– The course winds its way through the streets of Nashville, taking in some of the city’s most popular tourist attractions along the way. You’ll run past the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Ryman Auditorium, and historic Music Row, to name just a few landmarks.

How to prepare:
– If you’re new to running, or if you’re not sure if you can complete a marathon, it’s important that you train properly for the event. Starting a training program too close to race day is not advisable, as your body needs time to adjust and build up its endurance.
– A good training program should last for at least 12 weeks, and should gradually increase in intensity as race day approaches. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to rest between runs, and don’t try to do too much too quickly – this could lead to injury.
– In addition to following a training program, it’s also important that you eat a healthy diet in the buildup to the marathon. This means plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid processed foods and sugary snacks, as these will only sabotage your efforts come race day!
