Aussie DJ and producer Alison Wonderland had a huge year, releasing her sophomore album Awake, embarking on a massive world tour, and playing sold-out shows at some of the most iconic venues around the globe.

2. Armin van Buuren
The legendary Dutch DJ and producer continued to dominate the EDM scene in 2020, playing headlining sets at festivals like Tomorrowland and Ultra Music Festival, and releasing his seventh studio album Balance.

3. The Chainsmokers
This American duo had a hugely successful year, with their singles “Selfie” and “Don’t Let Me Down” becoming two of the most played songs on radio stations around the world. They also embarked on a massive world tour and played sold-out shows in some of the most prestigious venues in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New York City.

4. David Guetta

For many, the future includes more new music. Skrillex, for example, has teased that he has a new album in the works. deadmau5 is also working on new music, as well as a live show. What else do these artists have in store?

Avicii: Avicii’s posthumous album, TIM, was released in 2019, but there is more music from the late artist on the way. His estate is working with producer Albin Nedler and DJ/producer pyroman on an EP of previously unreleased Avicii tracks. The EP is set to be released this year.

Calvin Harris: Calvin Harris is one of the most successful DJs in the world, and he shows no signs of slowing down. He’s set to release a new album this year, and he’s already shared two singles from it: “My Way” and “This Is What You Came For.” The album will be Harris’ first since 2016’s Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1.
