The Plot of We Will Rock You

In a world where music is two dimensional and mind control is all, a group of Bohemians fight back against conformity to restore freedom, fashion, and — most importantly — rock.

Set 300 years in the future “in a time not very long ago”, We Will Rock You tells the story of a group of Bohemians who struggle against the all-powerful Globalsoft Corporation, which has outlawed all forms of music other than its own, bland offerings. With the help of the Killer Queen (played by Sharon D. Clarke) and after meeting fellow rebels Galileo Figaro (Brian Justin Crum) and Scaramouche (Ruby Lewis), Britney Spears fan turned revolutionary Bohemian, “Scaramouche” finds her way to the wastelands outside London to join their band.

The musical includes several real-life events including references to Princess Diana’s death, 9/11 and reality TV shows.
